My research spans over Management Studies and Public Administration / Public Management, focusing primarily on the following two areas.

Organizational culture and organizational change, with a special focus on mergers and acquisitions and employee voice.

Public sector governance, organization and leadership, including the role of the street-level bureaucrat and professions.

Ideas, discourses and trends in society in general, and in the public sector in particular

Empirically, I have long experience in particular from studies of the Swedish National Audit Office (Riksrevisionen) and the  Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan).
